 ST FACTS\n\nEvent takes place on America’s National Park of Speed\, the 
 4.048-mile\, 14-turn Road America in Elkhart Lake\, WI!\nEach driver get
 s 4 sessions per day\, regardless of whether they choose to enter the Ti
 me Trial or the Track Day.\nTrack Event drivers can choose to run both d
 ays (with a discounted rate for the second day) or opt for a single day 
 on Saturday or Sunday.\nTime Trial drivers compete over two days\, with 
 results based on the fastest lap from three pairs of sessions: two on Sa
 turday afternoon\, two on Sunday morning\, and two on Sunday afternoon. 
 The podium highlights the three lowest combined times per class.\nWhethe
 r you choose Track Event or Time Trial\, all drivers will be grouped by 
 their experience level.\n\nRegistration opens Jan 22nd at 6pm CST!!!  Ca
 p is set at 90 for the Time Trial and 50 for the Track Event\, so sign u

 ES:This event is governed by the 2024 SCCA Time Trial Rules (TTR)\, Nati
 onal Competition Format and National Classing as outlined attimetrials.s
 cca.complus the rules and procedures found on this page.\nB.PASSING &amp
 \; TRACK PROCEDURES:Groups will use the suggested passing rules and proc
 edures for Novice\, Intermediate and Advanced Drivers as outlined in the
  “Rules of The Track” section found at timetrials.scca.com.\nC. CLOTHING
 :Drivers are required to wear the minimum clothing outlined in the SCCA 
 Time Trials Rules or as required in the specific track rules for their c
 ar and class. Safe apparel must be worn in the pits at all times (shirts
  and closed toe shoes). Crew members on pit lane must display their even
 t credentials at all times while on pit lane.\nD. PACED LAPS:Paced Laps 
 are intended for Novice Drivers and Drivers who have never seen the trac
 k. Other drivers may join with permission of their group's driver coach 
 if they join at the back and track density permits.\nE. PIT LANE:The spe
 ed limit on pit road is 25 mph. No tire scrubbing in the pit lane prior 
 to entering the course.\nF.IMPOUND:Drivers will report to impound for po
 st-session debriefs immediately following each session.\nG. RESULTS:Live
  timing will be available during the event at timetrials.scca.com. Provi
 sional and final results will be posted at the Event Center. Additionall
 y\, final results will be posted to timetrials.scca.com no later than se
 ven days following the completion of the event.\nH. FLAG PROCEDURES:Blac
 k Flag Station and other event-specific flagging procedures will be anno
 unced at the event.\nI. SCALES:Location and Requirements will be availab
 le at check-in.\nJ. EVENT SCHEDULE:Actual session start times may be del
 ayed from the published schedule due to unforeseen circumstances during 
 the event. It is the driver’s responsibility to listen to the PA system 
 and pay attention to activity on track. The schedule or run groups may o
 nly be changed (or start times advanced) at the discretion of the Compet
 ition Director\, with concurrence by the Event Lead\, depending on pre-r
 ace entry counts or as needed to accommodate situations during the event
 .\nK. COMMUNICATIONS:Radio frequencies used by event officials may be mo
 nitored but shall not be used for communication by any participant.\n\n\
 nDRIVER ELIGIBILITY &amp\; INFORMATION\n\n\n\nA. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY:The 
 event is open to all drivers with a valid state driver's license and a f
 ull membership to the SCCA.  If you don't have a membership you can join
  when you register.\nB. TIME TRIALS LICENSES:It will help if you have on
 e\, but it's OK if you don't. Event officials will work with you to make
  sure you get one fitting your experience level at the event. (No charge
 .)\nC. MEDICAL:Please notify the Officials of any pertinent medical cond
 ition(s). Any participants involved in an accident in which there is sig
 nificant damage or any injury\, or at a race official’s discretion\, MUS
 T present themselves or be transported to the track medical facility for
  evaluation. Off-site medical transportation fees may apply.\nD. MINOR D
 RIVERS:Drivers 16- and 17-years-old\, with a state-issued driver's licen
 se can compete\, but there is some extra paperwork. Please contact Offic
 ials before the event and get approval from the Event Lead.\n\n\nVEHICLE
  ELIGIBILITY &amp\; INFORMATION\n\n\n\nA. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY:Competitio
 n is open to all vehicles conforming to theNational Time Trials Classes.
  Some tracks do not allow Electric Vehicles. Please refer to Track Infor
 mation to verify EV eligibility.\nB. DECALS:All cars must have Tire Rack
  SCCA Time Trials National Tour decals and any required partner decals v
 isibly placed on each side of the vehicle and a Tire Rack windshield ban
 ner at the top of the front windshield. Decals will be provided free of 
 charge and may be obtained at registration and/or tech. A diagram of sti

 N:All vehicles must be presented at tech to turn intech formsand pass th
 e event safety inspection (Tech) if required prior to any on-course part
 icipation. Tech may also check event sponsor decal requirements and veri
 fy compliance of Vehicle Identification. Competitors are cautioned that 
 vehicle/identification color combinations such as red/black\, red/blue\,
  and white/silver do not have adequate contrast.\nD.TIMING &amp\; SCORIN
 G:All cars are required to use fully operational Westhold\, MyLaps/AMB T
 ranX260 or X2 transponders. The driver is responsible for providing corr
 ect information to Timing &amp\; Scoring. Non-functioning transponders w
 ill likely result in the loss of times.\nE. RENTAL TRANSPONDERS:Rental t
 ransponders are available through registration.\n\n\nROAD AMERICA TRACK 
 INFO\n\n\n\n1.0 ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE ROAD AMERICA RACE TRACK WILL HA
 VE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:\nA VALID credential (Appropriate weekend wristb
 and accompanied by a signed insurance-waiver witnessed by Road America/C
 lub Staff personnel)\n2.0 UNLICENSED VEHICLE GUIDELINES:\n2.1 Car Number
 s must be on both sides of the car\, of contrasting color\, as least 6” 
 high and not made from shoe polish or marker\n2.2 RACE VEHICLES being us
 ed in the race event are allowed on R/A property\n2.3 AUTHORIZED ROAD AM
 ERICA VEHICLES with a current year sticker are allowed on R/A property\n
 2.4 Participants may use unlicensed light vehicles and equipment carts b
 ut must have a current event sticker or yearly permit for the use of suc
 h vehicles on Road America property. These will be referred to as “pit v
 ehicles.”\n2.4.1 “Pit vehicle” registration (includes signing a liabilit
 y waiver and acknowledgment of proper insurance) and fees must be taken 
 care of at registration (locations may vary).\n2.4.2 Furthermore\, accor
 ding to the Wisconsin State Law\, all ATVs should be registered by the S
 tate of Wisconsin\, or by another State\, to be operated within the Stat
 e.\n2.5 SEGWAYS\, HOVERBOARDS\, ONEWHEELS\, ROLLERBLADES\, NON-MOTORIZED
  &amp\; MOTORIZED SKATEBOARDS AND ROLLER SKATES are not permitted on Roa
 d America property.\n2.6 BICYCLES and SCOOTERS With a SEAT are permitted
  but may not be ridden in the COMPETITION PADDOCK AREA – this is strictl
 y PROHIBITED.\n3.0 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON ROAD AMERICA PROPERTY:
 \n3.1 Operators of all motor vehicles (including golf cars) must possess
  a valid state-issued driver’s license.\n3.2 At no time is anyone allowe
 d to park in fire lanes. Violators will be towed.\n4.0 CONSUMPTION OF AL
 COHOLIC BEVERAGES IS PROHIBITED BY COMPETITORS IN THE PADDOCK UNTIL AFTE
 R ALL ON- TRACK ACTIVITIES HAVE CONCLUDED FOR THE DAY. \n5.0 RACE ENGINE
 S MAY NOT BE RUN WITHOUT ROAD AMERICA PERMISSION:\n5.1 Before 8:00 AM we
 ekends (Friday-Sunday weekend events or Saturday -Sunday) / 8:30 AM week
 days (Monday- Friday)\n5.2 After 6:00 PM weekends (Friday-Sunday weekend
  events or Saturday-Sunday) / 5:00 PM weekdays (Monday-Friday)\n5.3 Part
 icipants must vacate the property by 7:00 PM Sunday Evening\n5.4 On-Trac
 k Operations 8:00 – 6:00 Weekends (Friday-Sunday weekend events or Satur
 day-Sunday) /8:30 – 5:00 Weekdays (Monday-Friday) \n6.0 ALL VEHICLES OR 
 TENTS REMAINING OVERNIGHT ON ROAD AMERICA PROPERTY MUST HAVE:\n6.1 Overn
 ight stays are not permitted without a formal tent or motor home equipme
 nt.\n7.0 NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE ROAD AMERICA PROPERTY WITHOUT ROAD A
 MERICA PERMISSION. PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY MUST EITHER BE:\n7.1 Kep
 t within the vehicle with adequate ventilation and fresh drinking water.
 \n7.2 Kept under control of a leash.\n7.3 All pets are the responsibilit
 y of the owner. If your pet disrupts or causes harm to another individua
 l\, it will be grounds for removal of you and your pet from the facility
  without a refund. \n8.0 FIRES\, WHEN CONDITIONS PERMIT\, MUST:\n8.1 Be 
 contained within a device designed for containing a fire.\n8.2 Be comple
 tely extinguished before the coals\, ashes\, and remains are discarded.\
 n8.3 Not be within 10 feet of spectator containment fence or 100 feet of
  any Road America Building or near other competitors’ gasoline storage a
 reas. \n9.0 TRACK ETIQUETTE/ACCESS:\n9.1 Long Pants and closed toed shoe
 s required\n9.2 At NO TIME are vehicles permitted to travel COUNTERCLOCK
 WISE on the track!\n9.3 No one is allowed access to the track after oper
 ations hours for any reason\, i.e.\, running\, walking\, etc.\n10.0 DEST
 RUCTION OF PROPERTY:\n10.1 Please do not drive stakes or poles into any 
 asphalt surfaces and do not deface\, cut\, drive nails into or attach li
 nes or any other objects to trees\, bushes\, light poles\, site signpost
 s or buildings\n10.2 Do not tamper with electrical facilities or any oth
 er facilities on RA property. Fines for destruction of property apply.\n
 10.3 RA is not responsible for damage caused by other’s actions.\n10.4 C
 heck voltage in electrical receptacles before using \n11.0 ILLEGAL DRUGS
