  to start the event\, followed by three competition sessions each day.\n
 Results will be based by combining each driver's fastest lap on each eac

 NERAL RULES:This event is governed by the 2025 SCCA Time Trial Rules (TT
 R)\, National Competition Format and National Classing as outlined attim
 etrials.scca.complus the rules and procedures found on this page.\nB.PAS
 SING &amp\; TRACK PROCEDURES:Groups will use the suggested passing rules
  and procedures for Novice\, Intermediate and Advanced Drivers as outlin
 ed in the “Rules of The Track” section found at timetrials.scca.com.\nC.
  CLOTHING:Drivers are required to wear the minimum clothing outlined in 
 the SCCA Time Trials Rules or as required in the specific track rules fo
 r their car and class. Safe apparel must be worn in the pits at all time
 s (shirts and closed toe shoes). Crew members on pit lane must display t
 heir event credentials at all times while on pit lane.\nD. PACED LAPS:Pa
 ced Laps are intended for Novice Drivers and Drivers who have never seen
  the track. Other drivers may join with permission of their group's driv
 er coach if they join at the back and track density permits.\nE. PIT LAN
 E:The speed limit on pit road is 25 mph. No tire scrubbing in the pit la
 ne prior to entering the course.\nF.IMPOUND:Drivers will report to impou
 nd for post-session debriefs immediately following each session.\nG. RES
 ULTS:Live timing will be available during the event at timetrials.scca.c
 om. Provisional and final results will be posted at the Event Center. Ad
 ditionally\, final results will be posted to timetrials.scca.com no late
 r than seven days following the completion of the event.\nH. FLAG PROCED
 URES:Black Flag Station and other event-specific flagging procedures wil
 l be announced at the event.\nI. SCALES:Location and Requirements will b
 e available at check-in.\nJ. EVENT SCHEDULE:Actual session start times m
 ay be delayed from the published schedule due to unforeseen circumstance
 s during the event. It is the driver’s responsibility to listen to the P
 A system and pay attention to activity on track. The schedule or run gro
 ups may only be changed (or start times advanced) at the discretion of t
 he Competition Director\, with concurrence by the Event Lead\, depending
  on pre-race entry counts or as needed to accommodate situations during 
 the event.\nK. COMMUNICATIONS:Radio frequencies used by event officials 
 may be monitored but shall not be used for communication by any particip
 ant.\n\n\n\nDRIVER ELIGIBILITY &amp\; INFORMATION\n\n\n\nA. DRIVER ELIGI
 BILITY:The event is open to all drivers with a valid state driver's lice
 nse and a full membership to the SCCA.  If you don't have a membership y
 ou can join when you register.\nB. TIME TRIALS LICENSES:It will help if 
 you have one\, but it's OK if you don't. Event officials will work with 
 you to make sure you get one fitting your experience level at the event.
  (No charge.)\nC. MEDICAL:Please notify the Officials of any pertinent m
 edical condition(s). Any participants involved in an accident in which t
 here is significant damage or any injury\, or at a race official’s discr
 etion\, MUST present themselves or be transported to the track medical f
 acility for evaluation. Off-site medical transportation fees may apply.\
 nD. MINOR DRIVERS:Drivers 16- and 17-years-old\, with a state-issued dri
 ver's license can compete\, but there is some extra paperwork. Please co
 ntact Officials before the event and get approval from the Event Lead.\n
 \n\n\nVEHICLE ELIGIBILITY &amp\; INFORMATION - NCM\n\n\n\nA. VEHICLE ELI
 GIBILITY:Competition is open to all vehicles conforming to theNational T
 ime Trials Classes. Some tracks do not allow Electric Vehicles. Please r
 efer to Track Information to verify EV eligibility.\nB. DECALS:All cars 
 must have Tire Rack SCCA Time Trials National Tour decals and any requir
 ed partner decals visibly placed on each side of the vehicle and a Tire 
 Rack windshield banner at the top of the front windshield. Decals will b
 e provided free of charge and may be obtained at registration and/or tec

 TECHNICAL INSPECTION:All vehicles must be presented at tech to turn inte
 ch formsand pass the event safety inspection (Tech) if required prior to
  any on-course participation. Tech may also check event sponsor decal re
 quirements and verify compliance of Vehicle Identification. Competitors 
 are cautioned that vehicle/identification color combinations such as red
 /black\, red/blue\, and white/silver do not have adequate contrast.\nD.T
 IMING &amp\; SCORING:All cars are required to use fully operational West
 hold\, MyLaps/AMB TranX260 or X2 transponders. The driver is responsible
  for providing correct information to Timing &amp\; Scoring. Non-functio
 ning transponders will likely result in the loss of times.\nE. RENTAL TR
 ANSPONDERS:Rental transponders are available through registration.\n\n\n
 \nNCM TRACK INFO\n\n\n\nGENERAL INFORMATION\nA. GATE HOURS:The gate will
  be open 24-hours from Friday May 17th at 4:00PM until Sunday May 19th a
 t 6:00PM. Participants arriving after-hours will need to come to check-i
 n to sign the SCCA waiver during check-in hours.  \nB. WAIVERS:All perso
 ns entering NCM Motorsports Park (MSP) are required to sign appropriate 
 MSP Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement Forms. THERE
  ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.\nC. QUIET HOURS:Quiet hours for the entire facility 
 are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This includes all lodging and camping ar
 eas. NCMMSP does ask that all guests be considerate of others and not pl
 ay loud music. Any music that is determined to be a nuisance by security
  must be turned down or off. No loud engines may be run before 8:00 a.m.
  or after 6:00 p.m.  Un-muffled engines are prohibited. \nD. CAMPING:Cam
 ping will be allowed during event evenings. Camping is forbidden in any 
 of NCMMSP’s buildings or under the False Grid. Participants may rent an 
 RV site for $60.00 per night\, per site or dry camp for $30.00 per night
 . Campers will be issued a pass that shall be displayed at all times. Ad

 \,please click here.\nE. COOKING AND CAMPFIRES:Fires must be contained i
 n a portable and self-contained fire pit off the ground. Campers must br
 ing their own firewood\; use of NCMMSP Property as firewood is prohibite
 d. Campfires/Ground fires are strictly prohibited. Individual cooking is
  allowed on a gas stove or on a grill in the paddock and at camp sites.\
 nF. PADDOCK:Paddock space is available to all participants on a first-co
 me\, first-serve basis provided you do not block the main paddock roads\
 , pit entrance\, pit exit areas\, concession\, tower or other specially 
 marked areas. The space immediately in front of the garage is reserved f
 or the tow vehicle of the garage renter.  Guests and participants will b
 e admitted to the paddock but not to the False Grid or Pits without prop
 er licensing from the SCCA National Office.\nG. SHOWERS:More information
  coming.\nH. FUEL: NCMMSP has an exclusive relationship with Mobil and V
 P Racing Fuel. Participants may not bring more than 20 gallons of fuel i
 n acceptable containers. Participants may not bring 55-gallon drums or o
 ther fuel containers on the NCMMSP Property unless they are empty and us
 ed at the Property for filling with fuel purchased at NCMMSP. Credits ca
 rds are the only form of payment accepted at the fuel pumps. NCMMSP will
  not enforce any restrictions against fuel grades we do not carry. The f
 ollowing fuel octanes are available for credit card purchase only: 87\, 
 93\,100\, 110 leaded\, and diesel. 110 leaded is ethanol-free (for off-r
 oad and racing applications only).\nI. GARAGE RENTAL:Nine 17’ X 25’ gara
 ges are available to rent for $150.00/day.  No refueling of vehicles is 
 permitted within the garage walls.  Reservations are highly recommended.

 ipants\, Spectators and guests obey all posted “No Parking” signs\; do n
 ot block gates\, garage doors or roadways at any time. If the Skid Pad e
 ntrance road is blocked with cones\, it is not available for public park
 ing. NCMMSP reserves the right to ask any vehicle owner in violation to 
 move their vehicle or it will be towed at the owner’s expense.\nJ. COMMU
 NICATIONS:Paddock announcements may be made via Text\, PA system and/or 
 by FM radio transmission. The FM frequency will be posted at Tech and an
 nounced during the driver’s meeting.\nK. PETS: NCMMSP discourages bringi
 ng pets to the track. However\, pets will be allowed if they are leashed
  and cleaned up behind. Otherwise\, NCMMSP will locate the owner\, and b
 oth will be asked to leave. Do not take leashed pets onto False Grid or 
 pit areas. Pets are also not allowed in any of NCMMSP’s buildings or con
 cession areas.\nL. CHILDREN and MINORS:Children under 18 years of age mu
 st be closely supervised by a responsible adult.  A special Minor Waiver
  shall be completed for all minor Participants.  No children under 12 ye
 ars of age or under 4’6” tall may participate in track activities.\nM. W
 ASTE FLUIDS:The use of the waste drums is mandatory for used oil\, antif
 reeze\, brake fluid\, and other polluting material. Spillage will not be
  tolerated and may result in ejection from the facility. Environmental d
 ebris left behind may result in fines. All spills must be treated immedi
 ately on occurrence. Notify track management or event officials immediat
 ely of all spills. \nN. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS:Each competitor must have at 
 least one (1) portable dry chemical fire extinguisher with a rating of a
 t least 12BC available and in good working condition in the competitor’s
  pit and/or paddock area.\nO. TRACK WALKS:When the track is “cold\,” par
 ticipants may walk the track. Bicycles may be taken on track with permis
 sion from General Manager or Track Operations Manager\, and only when tr
 ack is cold. \nP. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:No consumption of alcoholic bevera
 ges is allowed until after the last timed session of the day is complete
 .\n \nTRACK RULES\nA. CLOTHING: NCM requires SA 2010 or newer helmets fo
 r all drivers. Drivers are required to wear clothing minimums outlined i
 n the SCCA Time Trials Rules for specific cars and classes. Crew members
  on pit lane must display their event credentials at all times while on 
 pit lane. \nB.EVENTS CENTER:Access to the NCM Motorsports Park Holley Co
 ntrol Tower &amp\; Events Center area is available strictly for the excl
 usive use of its members and their guests. Access to this facility is re
 stricted and NCMMSP reserves the right to restrict access and to charge 
 appropriate access fees.\nC. SOUND LIMITS: NCM has a hard sound limit of
  103 dBA measured 50' from the track. This sound limit is strictly enfor
 ced.\nD. PAVILION:Parking is strictly prohibited in the Pavilion. Campin
 g and Vehicle Maintenance are not allowed in the False Grid or Pavilion 
 at any time.\nE. PROPERTY DAMAGE:Anyone who causes damage to NCMMSP prop
 erty\, including equipment\, buildings\, vehicles\, fences\, safety syst
 ems\, grass and landscaped areas will be held responsible for all costs 
 relating to replacement or repair.\nF. FENCES:Fences and areas behind sp
 ectator fences are off limits to the public. At no time is anyone author
 ized to climb a fence or bypass a gate.\nG. FIREWORKS / FIREARMS:Firewor
 ks\, weapons or firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on
  NCMMSP premises.\nH. TRASH:Trash receptacles are readily available thro
 ughout the facility. These can be easily identified as they are wrapped 
 in “checkered flag” patterned plastic. Do not place any petroleum produc
 ts or waste fluids in trash containers\, or leave behind such items as u
 sed tires\, batteries\, fuel barrels\, etc.\nI. SURFACES\, BUILDINGS and
  FENCES:Do not make any holes in any asphalt surface. Tents and canopies
  must be held down by weights as no tent pegs of any kind are allowed.  
 Flat bocks or wood squares should be used to absorb weight beneath any e
 quipment that may cause damage to the surface\, such as trailer legs\, j
 ack stands\, and kart stands. If you must jack a vehicle on asphalt\, yo
 u must have metal or wood under the jack and jack stands. No unauthorize
 d notices of any kind may be posted\, taped\, painted or written on any 
 NCMMSP surface\, building\, facility\, equipment or structure. Paddock n
 otice boards will be provided for such notices\, which shall include not
 ices posted by participants offering equipment\, vehicles\, etc. for sal
 e. Such notices will be removed at the end of each event.\nJ. TENTS/CANO
 PIES:Do not place any Tent or Canopy within 50 feet of any fence in a sp
 ectator area unless a specific spectator area has been roped off. In thi
 s case\, canopies or “EZ-Ups” can be placed anywhere outside of the rope
 d-off spectator viewing area.\nK. REFUELING:Anyone refueling in the padd
 ock must use a drip pan to catch spilled fuel. Any fuel spills on pit ro
 ad must be immediately diluted with Cold Fire. Offenders will be held li
 able for all damages and may be ejected.\nL. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS:All o
 xygen\, acetylene\, propane and other pressurized cylinders with combust
 ible gas must be securely fastened to a carrier.\nM. SMOKING:Smoking in 
 any NCMMSP building is strictly forbidden. Please place all extinguished
  cigarettes in the receptacles provided. Smoking is not permitted inside
  the “hot” fence of the track or on pit lane.  Smoking is not permitted 
 in the vicinity of any vehicle that is being fueled.\n \nPADDOCK INFORMA
 TION\nA. ROADS:Vehicles may not be placed onto jack stands nor may they 
 be serviced on the paddock roads\, Fire Lanes in each Paddock must alway
 s remain clear\, including extension cords. The off-road areas within NC
 MMSP are not authorized for use without prior written approval of NCMMSP
 .\nB. STOP SIGNS:Paddock “STOP and LOOK” signs must be obeyed at all tim
 es. Fines will be levied against anyone who does not comply with these a
 nd other posted signs. All vehicles must stop at the gate house entry po
 int and at any location where security personnel are posted.  Repeated f
 ailure to follow appropriate posted “STOP and LOOK” signs shall be consi
 dered grounds for removal of the driver and vehicle from the facility an
 d the imposition of a ban of future access to the Facility.\nC. SPEED LI
 MITS:Speed limit in the Paddock is 15 mph. Speed limit on access roads i
 s 25 mph. Fines will be levied against anyone who is deemed to be drivin
 g or riding any vehicle in an unsafe manner or at a speed considered by 
 NCMMSP to be in excess of the speed limit.  Repeated failure to follow a
 ppropriate posted speed limits shall be considered grounds for removal o
 f the driver and vehicle from the Facility and the imposition of a ban o
 f future access to the Facility.  \nD. IMPAIRED DRIVING/RIDING:No vehicl
 es shall be driven or ridden on any NCMMSP property by any person who is
  under the influence of alcohol or drugs. NCMMSP reserves the right to r
 emove any person who is in violation of this rule from the Facility for 
 the duration of the Event and to forbid such person’s attendance at futu
 re events.   \nE. RIGHT of WAY:Non-racing vehicle will yield the right o
 f way to any Race Vehicle at all times on NCMMSP property.\n \nPADDOCK V
 EHICLES:\nA. OPERATING HOURS:All off-road vehicles including bicycles\, 
 ATVs and golf carts may only be operated during daylight hours. Other th
 an registered street vehicles coming or going from the facility\, vehicl
 es must be\, “parked at dark.”\nB. AGE LIMITS:No one under 16 years of a
 ge may operate a car or motorcycle anywhere on NCMMSP premises without N
 CMMSP’s prior written approval. In addition\, anyone operating a car or 
 motorcycle shall have a valid operator’s license and liability insurance
 \, as required by Kentucky law. There may be special exceptions to this 
 rule for licensed racers.\nChildren are strongly discouraged from riding
  bikes\, roller blades\, skates\, skateboards and scooters in the Paddoc
 k during hot track hours. Children may be permitted to ride them at the 
 end of the day if they do so safely. Children may ride them on the Skid 
 Pad if it is not being used during the day.  \nC. GOLF CARTS: \nD. OFF-R
 OAD VEHICLES:ATVs\, golf carts and other off-road vehicles must have lig
 hts and mini-bikes must have a minimum seat height of 21 inches and must
  follow all guidelines below:\n1.The vehicle shall be operated in compli
 ance with the vehicle manufacturer’s operating instructions and/or indus
 try standards\, including those regarding riding/driving position and nu
 mber of passengers.\n2.The operator hereby assumes full responsibility f
 or and assumes the risk of any bodily injury\, death or property damage 
 arising out of or related to the use of said vehicles\, whether caused b
 y the negligence of owner and/or their operators\, NCMMSP\, off-road veh
 icle operators or otherwise.\n3.All operators of said vehicles shall be 
 at least 16 years old\, have a valid state-required driving license and 
 carry adequate general liability insurance applicable to the operation o
 f their off-road vehicles and that all operators shall provide such lice
 nse\, proof of insurance and other applicable credentials upon the reque
 st of a Racetrack or event official.\n4.Hereby acknowledges that the use
  of motorized off-road vehicles is dangerous and involves the risk of se
 rious injury and/or death and/or property damage.\n5.Agrees that the off
 -road vehicle will be operated in a responsible manner and according to 
 all additional NCMMSP regulations and instructions including\, but not l
 imited to\, posted speed limits\, hours of and allowed locations for ope
 ration.\n6.Acknowledges and agrees that unsafe or improper operation of 
 the off-road vehicles and/or any violation of regulations and instructio
 ns may\, at the sole discretion of NCMMSP\, result in penalties against 
 the owner and/or operator including\, but not limited to\, immediate imp
 oundment of the off-road vehicle\, loss of track privileges for the day 
 for a first offense\, and for the season for the second offense.\n7. NCM
 MSP reserves the right to charge a use fee for such vehicles.\n \nOTHER 
 INFORMATION\nA. SHIPPING/DELEVERIES: NCMMSP is happy to accept shipments
  and secure them in a safe location until your arrival. There will be a
