 TTN EVENT RULES\n\n\n\nA. GENERAL RULES:This event is governed by the 20
 25 SCCA Time Trial Rules (TTR)\, National Competition Format and Nationa
 l Classing as outlined attimetrials.scca.complus the rules and procedure
 s found on this page.\nB.PASSING &amp\; TRACK PROCEDURES:Groups will use
  the suggested passing rules and procedures for Novice\, Intermediate an
 d Advanced Drivers as outlined in the “Rules of The Track” section found
  at timetrials.scca.com.\nC. SOUND: PIRC has a sound limit of 95 db at t
 he premises property line. Drivers found to be over the limit or deemed 
 to be taking clear and evasive action to avoid giving an accurate readin
 g must make a mechanical change to quiet their vehicle before returning 
 to the track.  Vehicles that are unable to operate under the limit will 
 be excluded from the event.\nD. CLOTHING: PIRC requires SA\, or equivale
 nt\, 2010+ helmets for all drivers. Any of the following approved helmet
  standards dated 2015 or newer\, E.g.\, Snell SA2015 or 2020\; SFI 38.1/
 2015\, FIA... etc are allowed. Drivers are also required to meet the clo
 thing minimums outlined in the SCCA Time Trials Rules for specific cars 
 and classes. Closed-toed shoes must be worn in the pits and grid at all 
 times. Crew members on pit lane must display their event credentials at 
 all times while on pit lane.\nE. PACED LAPS:Paced Laps are intended for 
 Novice Drivers and Drivers who have never seen the track. Other drivers 
 may join with permission of their group's driver coach if they join at t
 he back and track density permits.\nF. PIT LANE:The speed limit on pit r
 oad is 25 mph. No tire scrubbing in the pit lane prior to entering the c
 ourse.\nG.IMPOUND: All drivers will report to impound for post-session d
 ebriefs immediately following each session.\nH. RESULTS:Live timing will
  be available during the event at timetrials.scca.com. Provisional and f
 inal results will be posted at the Event Center. Additionally\, final re
 sults will be posted to timetrials.scca.com no later than seven days fol
 lowing the completion of the event.\nI. FLAG PROCEDURES:Black Flag Stati
 on and other event-specific flagging procedures will be announced at the
  event.\nJ. SCALES:Location and Requirements will be available at check-
 in.\nK. EVENT SCHEDULE:Actual session start times may be delayed from th
 e published schedule due to unforeseen circumstances during the event. I
 t is the driver’s responsibility to listen to the PA system\, text alert
 s\, and pay attention to activity on track. The schedule or run groups m
 ay only be changed (or start times advanced) at the discretion of the Co
 mpetition Director\, with concurrence by the Event Lead\, depending on p
 re-race entry counts or as needed to accommodate situations during the e
 vent.\nL. COMMUNICATIONS:Radio frequencies used by event officials may b
 e monitored but shall not be used for communication by any participant.\
 n\n\n\nDRIVER ELIGIBILITY &amp\; INFORMATION\n\n\n\nA. DRIVER ELIGIBILIT
 Y:The event is open to all drivers with a valid state driver's license a
 nd a full membership to the SCCA.  If you don't have a membership you ca
 n join when you register.\nB. TIME TRIALS LICENSES:It will help if you h
 ave one\, but it's OK if you don't. Event officials will work with you t
 o make sure you get one fitting your experience level at the event. (No 
 charge.)\nC. MEDICAL:Please notify the Officials of any pertinent medica
 l condition(s). Any participants involved in an accident in which there 
 is significant damage or any injury\, or at a race official’s discretion
 \, MUST present themselves or be transported to the track medical facili
 ty for evaluation. Off-site medical transportation fees may apply.\nD. M
 INOR DRIVERS:Drivers 16- and 17-years-old\, with a state-issued driver's
  license can compete\, but there is some extra paperwork. Please contact

 aken care of &amp\; be ready for September!\nNOTE: The deadline for guar
 anteed delivery before the event is Sunday\, August 31. Orders placed af
 ter September 15 may not arrive until after TTNats.\nGarage Rentals\nWe 
 will have garage rentals available for the full event (4 days\, Thurs\, 
 9/18-Sun\, 9/21) for $550.00 There will be 6 spaces available in the Nor
 th Garage and 8 spaces available in the Event Center Garage - you can se
 e the garage locations on the facility map\, here. A Pitt Race camping p
 ass is NOT included and must be purchased from the track separately if y
 ou intend to stay overnight.\nGarage rentals will go on sale as add-on p
 roducts during your Time Trials Nationals event entry in the Member Acco
 unt Portal at 10am Central on Tuesday\, July 29\, 2025. You will select 
 your garage location (North or Event Center) and the garage bay will be 
 picked on a first-come\, first-served basis on site.\nCancellation fee: 
 A $150 cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within two (2) weeks of 
 the event.\nTest Day\nThere will be a Test Day\, limited to 50 entrants\
 , on Thursday\, September 18\, available for $200.00. Test Day sessions 
 will be interspersed with the Ultimate Track Car Challenge competition. 
 Test Day is limited to event entrants. No other drivers will be permitte
 d.\nTest Day slots will go on sale as add-on products during your Time T
 rials Nationals event entry in the Member Account Portal at 10am Central
  on Tuesday\, July 29\, 2025. \nCancellation fee: A $50 cancellation fee
  will apply if cancelled within two (2) weeks of the event.\nCamping Res
 ervations\nPitt Race camping passes are required if you intend to stay o
 vernight at the facility. They can be purchased for single or multiple d
 ays ($10/day or $40/event). One camping pass is required per vehicle sta
 ying overnight and would be collected at the Pitt Race gate attendant.\n
 Camping passes are available now through the Pitt Race website. Camping 
 IS included in the cost of an electric spot (see below if you are lookin
 g for electric hookups).\nPitt Race's cancellation policy: Cancellations
  of any passes or reservations 48 hours or more before the 6 pm event mo
 ve-in will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available with less th
 an 48 hours notice. Cancellation requests can be emailed to cancellation
 s@pittrace.com to ensure an accurate record of the timing of your cancel
 lation request.\nElectric Reservations\nPitt Race electric reservations 
 provide access to a 50 amp outlet (adapters are NOT provided) and a camp

 ted online until 8 am the day of move in and any unreserved spaces can t

 NTERNATIONAL RACE COMPLEX INFORMATION AND RULES\nA. Pittsburgh Internati
 onal Race Complex is a multi-venue shared facility. All participants are
  subject to the Pittsburgh International Race Complex Track Rules and Re
 gulations. Copies of the current Track Rules are available at pittrace.c
 om and are posted at the track. All persons entering the track must use 
 the SmartWaiver process prior to arriving at the track. Please use the w
 aiver process for all attendees. The waiver link will be sent out prior 
 to the event.\nB. Pittsburgh International Race Complex reserves the rig
 ht to summarily remove anyone from the property who is found using contr
 olled substances or is under the influence of alcohol\, or for any other
  reasons they may deem necessary.\nC. GARAGES: A limited number of enclo
 sed garages are available for rent from the track on a first come basis.

 CAL &amp\; PARKING: Some electrical hookups are available from the track
 .\n1. Contact the track to reserve a hookup.\n2. These hookups are avail

 ED AIR\, AND RACING FUEL are the responsibility of Pittsburgh Internatio

 T is 5 MPH.\nG. MOTORIZED EQUIPMENT OR VEHICLES\n1.  Operation of ATVs\,

 y persons holding a valid driver’s license.\n2. All pit carts\, scooters
 \, ATVs\, golf carts\, etc. must have their car number and class marked 
 on the vehicle for easy identification as to which car it belongs to in 
 case it has to be moved.\nH. AT TRACK CAMPING Camping is permitted. Cont
 act the track at 724-535-1000 to make arrangements.\n1. There are no wat
 er or sewer hookups available.\n2. The bathrooms in the Event Center and
  the lower garages have shower facilities.\nI. UNMUFFLED OR LOUD ENGINES
