Nationals Registration Opens 8/5, Additional Information

The Entry Fee will again be $395. We will also again require full SCCA membership to participate.

The entry cap is 250 drivers (last year we had 191.) This will shake out to seven approximately 35-car groups for Thursday and Friday sessions and 18-car groups for the Sunday sessions, very similar to 2019 numbers, but with more "big group" practice and TimeAttack sessions to sort everyone out.

Format

This year's event will officially be 4 days!

Thursday:

All-day practice, three 20-min sessions for each group. We are working on some COVID-19 appropriate enhancements like we had last year (details to follow), but the big news is that Thursday is an official part of the event and will include timing to set grids for Friday.

Friday:

Three 20-minute TimeAttack sessions to set a single best time.

Saturday:

Two 3-run TrackSprints. You will run one in the morning, the other in the afternoon. For those of you curious about event ops, we will run both courses all day, which represents about 50% less strain on the system than last year's TrackSprint.

Saturday Night will feature the now famed Miller's BBQ Distanced Dinner, presented by Hagerty!

Sunday:

Small group 3-flying lap sessions. This will probably be 2 sessions per group. These sessions were a huge hit last year and we have used the 2020 TTNT season to dial in the concept. We are targeting an earlier wrap time on Sunday, 3pm, to allow for a distanced podium celebration and give everyone a change to get loaded out and on the road comfortably.

Additional details

Camping is allow and encouraged for this event! There are hook-ups that can be rented from the track and tent camping is allowed in paddock. Garage rentals are also available by calling 844-97SPEED.

We are working on on-site lunch options and additional distanced dinners, largely to reduce the amount of times people need to leave the site. We also expect to have ice available on site.
