The Tire Rack SCCA® Time Attack National Championships are coming to Eagles Canyon Raceway, and this is your chance to compete in the premier Time Attack event of the season.

Drivers from across the country will gather for three days of championship competition at one of the most exciting and challenging facilities in American motorsports.

Set on Eagles Canyon Raceway's FIA-spec 2.7-mile circuit, the National Championships will test competitors in a way few events can. Over the course of the weekend, drivers will tackle the track in both directions, creating two distinctly different challenges that demand adaptability, precision, and speed. With 15 technical turns, more than 200 feet of elevation change, and a 2,200-foot straight, ECR rewards commitment while constantly challenging drivers to find more time.

This isn't just another event on the calendar—it's where the season comes to a head. National titles are on the line. Records will be challenged. Personal bests will fall. Every lap matters as competitors battle for class honors and championship glory.

But the National Championships are about more than lap times. They're about the community that makes SCCA Time Attack special. From first-time SCCA Time Attack competitors to seasoned veterans, the paddock is filled with drivers eager to share knowledge, celebrate successes, and enjoy the unique camaraderie that comes from chasing the perfect lap.

When the track goes quiet each evening, the experience continues. On-site camping keeps competitors immersed in the action as the paddock comes alive with conversation, laughter, and the shared stories that define the Time Attack community. Competitors gather with friends, meet new ones, compare notes from the day's sessions, and relive the highs and lows of chasing the perfect lap. Long after the checkered flag falls, it's these moments and the people who share them that make the National Championships truly special.

Whether you're chasing a National Championship, a class podium, or simply the opportunity to measure yourself against the best drivers in the country, this is where you come to prove it.

Competitors looking for additional track time can arrive early for the optional Test Day, held immediately before the National Championships. The Test Day and the renowned Grassroots Motorsports Ultimate Track Car Challenge (UTCC) provide the perfect opportunity to dial in your car, learn the track, and kick off an incredible week of high-performance driving before the championship battle begins.

DRIVER ELIGIBILITY

A. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY: The event is open to all drivers with a valid state-issued driver's license and a full SCCA membership. If you don't have a membership, please join before you register.

B. TIME TRIALS LICENSES: It will help if you have one, but it's OK if you don't. Event officials will work with you to make sure you get one fitting your experience level at the event. (No charge.)

C. MEDICAL: Please notify the Officials of any pertinent medical condition(s). Any participants involved in an accident in which there is significant damage or any injury, or at a race official’s discretion, MUST present themselves or be transported to the track medical facility for evaluation. Off-site medical transportation fees may apply.

D. MINOR DRIVERS: Drivers 16- and 17-years-old, with a state-issued driver's license can compete, but there is some extra paperwork. Please contact Officials before the event and get approval from the Event Lead.

VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY & INFORMATION

A. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY: Competition is open to all vehicles conforming to the National Time Trials Classes. Some tracks do not allow Electric Vehicles. Please refer to Track Information to verify EV eligibility.

B. DECALS: All cars must have Tire Rack SCCA Time Attack Challenge decals and any required partner decals visibly placed on each side of the vehicle and a Tire Rack windshield banner at the top of the front windshield. Decals will be provided free of charge and may be obtained at registration and/or tech. A diagram of sticker placement for Time Attack Challenge events can be found here: Time Attack Challenge Decal Placement. A diagram of sticker placement for Time Trials Nationals will be available soon.

C. TECHNICAL INSPECTION: All vehicles must be presented at tech to turn in tech forms and pass the event safety inspection (Tech) if required prior to any on-course participation. Tech may also check event sponsor decal requirements and verify compliance of Vehicle Identification. Competitors are cautioned that vehicle/identification color combinations such as red/black, red/blue, and white/silver do not have adequate contrast.

D. TIMING & SCORING: All cars are required to use fully operational Westhold, MyLaps/AMB TranX260 or X2 transponders. The driver is responsible for providing correct information to Timing & Scoring. Non-functioning transponders will likely result in the loss of times.

E. RENTAL TRANSPONDERS: Rental transponders are available through registration.

TRACK INFO - EAGLES CANYON RACEWAY

EAGLES CANYON RACEWAY - TRACK RULES

1. DRIVER SAFETY AND VEHICLE RULES

A. ELECTRIC VEHICLES: Eagles Canyon does not allow Electric Vehicles at this time.

B. SUVs: Eagles Canyon does not allow SUVs to run on track.

C. SAFETY GEAR: Eagles Canyon requires any driver in a car with a 6 point cage, or greater, to wear a SFI level 1 fire protection suit at a minimum.

D. CONVERTIBLES: Eagles Canyon requires all approved street convertibles to run with the top in the up and locked position. Click here to check their approved convertible list.

2.GATE HOURS: Gates will open for participant access at 3:00 PM Friday

3. CAMPING: Camping is allowed

4. ALCOHOL: While the track is in use, no alcohol is to be consumed anywhere at the facility.

5. PADDOCK RULES

A. VEHICLES: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to operate a motorized vehicle unless they are also a registered entrant.

B. SPEED LIMIT: The paddock speed limit is 15 mph.

C. PARKING: No Parking between and around garage buildings, and in case of rain or mud, all vehicles must stay on pavement

D. ACCESS: There is no climbing allowed on the hill slopes above pit lane, and no spectators are allowed beyond posted limits

6. WASTE PRODUCTS

A. USED TIRES: All used tires must be taken with you, or a disposal fee will be charged.

B. USED FLUIDS: All waste fluids must be disposed of in proper containers on site. Check with front desk for locations of waste fluid stations

7. ANIMALS

A. Must remain on a leash at all times

TTN EVENT RULES

A. GENERAL RULES: This event is governed by the 2026 SCCA Time Trial Rules (TTR), National Competition Format and National Classing as outlined at timetrials.scca.com plus the rules and procedures found on this page.

B. PASSING & TRACK PROCEDURES: Groups will use the suggested passing rules and procedures for Novice, Intermediate and Advanced Drivers as outlined in the “Rules of The Track” section found at timetrials.scca.com.

C. SOUND: Eagles Canyon does not have a specified sound limit.

D. CLOTHING: Drivers are required to meet the clothing minimums outlined in the SCCA Time Trials Rules for specific cars and classes. Closed-toed shoes must be worn in the pits and grid at all times. Crew members on pit lane must display their event credentials at all times while on pit lane.

E. PACED LAPS: Paced Laps are intended for Novice Drivers and Drivers who have never seen the track. Other drivers may join with permission of their group's driver coach if they join at the back and track density permits.

F. PIT LANE: The speed limit on pit road is 25 mph. No tire scrubbing in the pit lane prior to entering the course.

G. IMPOUND: All drivers will report to impound for post-session debriefs immediately following each session.

H. RESULTS: Live timing will be available during the event at timetrials.scca.com. Provisional and final results will be posted at the Event Center. Additionally, final results will be posted to timetrials.scca.com no later than seven days following the completion of the event.

I. FLAG PROCEDURES: Black Flag Station and other event-specific flagging procedures will be announced at the event.

J. SCALES: Location and Requirements will be available at check-in.

K. EVENT SCHEDULE: Actual session start times may be delayed from the published schedule due to unforeseen circumstances during the event. It is the driver’s responsibility to listen to the PA system, text alerts, and pay attention to activity on track. The schedule or run groups may only be changed (or start times advanced) at the discretion of the Competition Director, with concurrence by the Event Lead, depending on pre-race entry counts or as needed to accommodate situations during the event.

L. COMMUNICATIONS: Radio frequencies used by event officials may be monitored but shall not be used for communication by any participant.

PAYMENTS, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

A. PAYMENTS, WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS: Credit card payment is required for online registration. A full refund will be given for cancellations made 2 weeks before the event start date. A $150 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 2 weeks of event start date. Any withdrawal or cancellation of your registration should go through my.scca.com by going to "My Events", finding your event, and clicking "cancel" to submit a cancellation request.
